Our New Farmer Incubator project takes place on nine acres of dynamic, cultivatable land dedicated to intensive training programs for aspiring new farmers.
Whether in groups or as individuals, you can help out with the basic needs of a small regenerative market farm.
Below are a few examples of common tasks that will often be available, but do depend on the season.

Harveting/Processing
Collect ripe produce from the field and prepare it for distribution or storage. Includes pulling, cutting, and picking a variety of spring, summer, and fall fruits and vegetables.

CSA Support
Help weigh, count, bundle, and bag produce for CSA distributions.
(Community Supported Agriculture). Typically available on a weekly interval from late spring to mid fall.

Transportation
Provide a ride to or from the farm for beginning farmers who may not yet have personal transportation.
